Chloë Parrino was born and raised in Louisiana. Chloë got her degree in Public Relations from Kent State University, where she developed a love for at-home haircuts and staining dorm bathrooms with hair color. After working in PR for 2 years, Chloë found her way back to New Orleans in 2024. She was inspired to become a cosmetologist by her stepmom, finally attending John Jay Beauty College. She developed a passion for color, blonding, vivids, and loves
haircutting. Chloë is a very dynamic stylist, loving anything from a shaggy, vivid, messy look to a
high-maintenance blonde and a big, bouncy blowout.
