CANCELATION POLICY

We ask that clients provide at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Although we understand that on occasion emergencies arise, we do ask that clients try their best to honor this policy, as we strive to ensure all clients have access to salon services as needed and in a timely manner.

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or who repeatedly fail to follow the cancellation policy will be required to provide a nonrefundable deposit when scheduling any future appointments.
